I need 11 x 23 patio slab poured / finished (Palm Springs)

I am looking for someone to pour and finish a 11 foot by 23 foot front patio slab in the front of my condo.
Maybe 3 to 3.
5 inches thick with a wire or rebar.
It's poured up to the house wall, and 2 side fences or current walls, so the only form would be for the front 23 feet.
Its in the front of the condo, so truck should be able to back to it and use the shoot.
Might have to relocate a little dirt into the planter.
A option will be to sink 4 4x4 30 inch post.
