We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team.
-The ideal candidate should possess a wide range of maintenance and renovation skills, demonstrating proficiency in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, flooring, and general maintenance.
-40 hours per week, On time, Humble attitude, Good manners, No trash-talking
-Live nearby ANZA, CA 92539
-Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
-Good communication skills to interact with residents, tenants, or clients.
-Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow them at all times.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including but not limited to:
-Whole house renovation such as Roofing, Flooring, Restroom, Shower, Kitchen,
-Carpentry work such as repairing doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture.
-Plumbing repairs like fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and repairing or installing fixtures.
-Basic electrical tasks such as changing switches, outlets, and light fixtures.
-Painting interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
