Maintenance Worker (Indio)

We have an opening for a maintenance worker with handyman skills.
This is for a timeshare resort and apartment condo rentals that have full kitchens.
Must be able to perform the following, but not limited to: general plumbing, electric, painting, appliance troubleshoot/ repair / install.
Ability to read, write, and fluently communicate in English (bilingual in Spanish helpful).
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AS PART OF YOUR WORK SCHEDULE.
Additional knowledge in : A/C and Heater helpful.
Requirements: Must have a current driver license.
