We are looking for qualified individuals who love and are enthusiastic about the art of building to become a part of our team as a Construction Superintendent.
This role will provide a unique opportunity to build one of a kind homes in some of the most prestige's locations Southern California has to offer.
At Genova Construction, our focus is on new construction from the ground up.
As a superintendent you will be responsible for reading and implementing the design of civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and landscape plans.
Accordingly you will be responsible for management of the project schedule, budget, and coordination of construction document including but not limited to RFIs, submittals, change events, weekly reports, and regular client meetings.
Job skills include: Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, proficient with technology preferably Procore or similar construction management software, ability to read and understand construction plans for all disciplines, manage a construction schedule in Microsoft Project or similar, and work well with others.
You will be supported by a Project Manager, Project Engineer, as well as the full executive team.
