If this sounds like you, take a look at our job openings, we may have your next GREAT OPPORTUNITY! *Customer Experience, a division of Renova Energy*, is looking for an enthusiastic Project Scheduler to join our service and maintenance division.
The Project Scheduler is a reliable customer-oriented agent responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and scheduling for customers of Renova Energy getting a Photovoltaic or Microgrid System installed.
Additionally, the specialist should be able to read and speak to other sections of Renova Energy including RenovaRoofs, and RenovaPLUS by providing an update to the homeowner through the notes or records provided by team members to provide quality updates to the customer.
*Objective of this role:* The RenovaPLUS Service Assistant is responsible for the incoming workflow of all communications and delegating them to the proper staff.
The assistant acts as the frontline for the service brand and will help with office administrative duties and assist with overflow cases.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Process Virtual Checklists as part of the Project creation process.
* Complete the required customer touchpoints outlined in the Project before scheduling.
* Timely Follow-up on aging Permit and HOA statuses * Schedule PV, ESS, and Microgrid crews on installations * Coordinate Other Vendors to assist in the completion of the project such as DigAlert, Utilities, AHJs, Roofers, and other contractors when needed.
* Develop schedules based on department revenue goals, and project timelines.
* Adjust schedules proactively to maximize efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery * Audit assigned projects regularly to identify gaps or risks of delay * Provide weekly status updates to supervisors/ management on behind-schedule tasks or delays * Follow scheduling policies to optimize labor utilization and on-time performance * Maintain schedule documentation, tracking project schedule tracking * Participate in Customer Experience Call Block provide updates to callers and schedule appointments for follow-up by an owner of the case, or project if a task cannot be completed outside the scope of current training/ skills.
