We are currently hiring Master Technician (General Contractor) to assist with day-to-day repairs and general maintenance requests.
In addition, the Master Technician may conduct property inspection.

*Compensation:*
Hourly rate $27.

*Responsibilities include:*
* Completion of general maintenance tasks as assigned.
* In-Depth working knowledge of plumbing, electricity, painting, drywall, woodwork, floor, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools & spas, general labor, and life-safety equipment.
* Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
* Assists in property turnover completion, including remodeling units.
* Accurately records work activities performed.
* Clean worksite after job completion.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Required Skills/Abilities:*
* Journeyman knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and Handyman repairs.
* Ability to follow directions and instructions from supervisors.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Always provide professional customer service.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
* Works well in a team environment.
* Communicates proficiently.
*Physical Requirements:*
* Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
* Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds regularly.
* Must be able to climb ladders and stairs.
* Must be able to sit, bend, crawl, kneel, and reach.
* Must be able to traverse worksite in different types of weather.
* Must be able to navigate uneven terrain.
*Work Environment:*
* Multiple locations (Onsite repairs)
* Work Schedule (Monday – Friday 8:30 to 5:00)
* Must be able to pass background suitability investigation
* Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.
