• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and duct systems.
• Align with customers to explain service options, provide cost estimates, and answer questions regarding system maintenance and repairs while providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and advanced techniques to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues.
• Install, calibrate, and test new HVAC systems and components to ensure functionality and compliance with industry standards.
• Keep accurate records of services provided, parts used, and work performed, utilizing digital tools and documentation systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
• HVAC Certification strongly preferred
• Proven experience as a HVAC Service Technician with a strong track record of successful repairs and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for HVAC systems.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
