*Timo's *has an immediate need for an experienced, self-motivated *Plumbing Sales Representative /(internally, we call this position PSI Trainee)* at our Brea location.
Successful candidates are organized, able to perform in a fast-paced environment, and efficiently multi-task.
This is an hourly, non-exempt, at-will position.
Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PLUMBING SALES REPRESENTATIVE:*
* General Inspection to determine maintenance needs; communicate with client on potential needs.
* Perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems
* Operate a variety of machines used in drain cleaning
* Clear clogged lines and repair leaks
* Ensure job site cleanliness and organization through all phases of the service process
* Performs preventive maintenance
* Provide service repair, installation and/or propose replacement of sewer line or drain line including but not limited to clogged drains, leaky pipes, water heaters, sewer mains, sump ejector, effluent pumps, septic systems/fields, and water purifiers
* Efficiently manage his/her time and schedules
* Ensure sales quotas and performance goals are met.
*SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS FOR PLUMBING SALES REPRESENTATIVE:*
* Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
* Analytical, Focused on Quality, and Results-driven
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
* Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
* Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
* Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check
*PHYSICAL DEMANDS FOR PLUMBING SALES REPRESENTATIVE:*
* Work is performed in and/or around residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof)
* Moderate physical effort required, including standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time.
* Occasional exposure to physical risk such as heat in excess of 100 degrees, sun exposure, walking up ladders in excess of thirty feet, along with exposure to insects, rodents, and sewage
* Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-75lbs
* Frequently ascend/descend ladder and maintain balance
* Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception
