We need a conscientious and reliable workman to perform all property management maintenance functions including interior and exterior painting, installing kitchen faucets, sink drains, unclog drains, repair water heaters, troubleshoot wall heaters, etc.
Experience hanging doors and installing cabinets is helpful.
Install laminate floors, install and repair tile.
We also need cleaning person to make apartments rent ready.
Clean apartments, refrigerators, ceiling fans, bathrooms, window sills, kitchen cabinets & drawers.
Helpful to check for and install smoke alarm batteries, note needed repairs to ready apartment for move-in and provide list to maintenance person.
A plus if you are able to do small repairs like caulking, testing and/or fixing sink leaks, etc.
