Job Position: Commercial Plumber Reports To: Construction Supervisor Job Type: Full-time Hours: 40 hours per week, schedule may vary based on construction needs Position Overview: LiveHappy, LLC is seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
*Responsibilities: * * System Installation: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply, drainage, and gas systems.
* Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant installations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to coordinate plumbing activities in commercial construction projects.
* Code Compliance: Ensure all plumbing work complies with local and national plumbing codes and regulations.
* Testing and Inspection: Conduct tests on plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues, and perform routine inspections to ensure system functionality.
* Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency plumbing situations in commercial buildings and implement effective solutions.
* Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and inspections.
*Requirements: * * Proven experience as a commercial plumber, with a minimum of [X] years in commercial plumbing projects.
