Job Title: General Labor Technician
Reports to: Construction Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *
* Perform a variety of manual labor tasks across different project sites as per client requirements.
* Assist in the setup and breakdown of materials and equipment for various jobs.
* Conduct general maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
* Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from work sites.
* Follow all safety guidelines and company policies during work to prevent accidents and injuries.
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
* Provide assistance in various ad hoc projects as requested by clients, which may include painting, basic carpentry, landscaping, etc.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure task clarity and completion.
* Report any equipment or safety issues to management promptly.
* Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to diverse job assignments.
*Requirements / Qualifications: *
* Previous experience in general labor, construction, or a related field.
* Physical stamina and strength to handle labor-intensive tasks.
* Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a variety of physical positions.
* Basic understanding of construction and maintenance tools and equipment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
$17/hour starting
