*Job Description:* As a Superintendent at CC Industry, LLC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day construction activities of our commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
*Responsibilities:*
· Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
· Manage subcontractors, ensuring work is performed to company standards.
· Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
· Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
· Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Maintain detailed records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
· Maintain / Review / Approve employee timecards
*Requirements:*
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
· Strong knowledge of commercial building processes and best practices.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
· Familiarity with construction management software.
· OSHA certification is a plus.
· Must be able to read blueprints
· Versed in Blue Beam or equivalent drafting software.
· Must be able to effectively communicate with building officials
