Crane Operator

```Duties``` - Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects and materials - Inspect and maintain crane equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries - Communicate with team members to coordinate lifts and ensure proper positioning of loads - Perform rigging tasks to secure loads and attach them to the crane - Monitor crane operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain stability and safety ```Skills``` - Proficient in operating heavy equipment, including cranes and boom trucks - Knowledge of rigging techniques and ability to safely secure loads - Experience with backhoe operation and commercial driving is a plus - Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot any equipment issues that may arise - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate lifts with team members - Attention to detail and strong focus on safety protocols Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
