ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
Coordinate with other Post Production management staff to develop and maintain the Post Production department including personnel.
Set-up, operate and maintain production and packaging equipment with minimal instruction.
Oversee entire labeling and packaging process to ensure that products are being packaged properly, efficiently and in a safe manner per requirements.
Assist technicians with preoperational inspections before production and packaging startups and changeovers.
Operates the label machines properly and efficiently in order to meet production deadlines according to the daily job schedule.
Ensures all products meet visual standards prior to shipping, as the final step in the quality control process, ensuring that lids are tightened, and labels correctly applied.
Works to provide quality assurance oversight where the business is responsible for adhering to good documentation practices including warehouse, manufacturing processes, inspection, labeling and packaging, batch record review, batch disposition, and product distribution as applicable.
Ensures company compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
Scan, image, organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company’s document lifecycle procedures.
Ensures all work is performed and documented in a timely manner and according to approved standard operating procedures and general compliance.
Supports department supervision in oversight and prioritization of day-to-day responsibilities.
Timely identification and resolution of events potentially impacting the Quality of products and processes.
Reviews routine compounding, environmental monitoring and quality control data for in-process and finished products.
Works to understand the labeling requirements for a given project and translate to a labeling plan for successful execution.
Coordinate and consolidate labeling content changes provided by management team.
Regularly operates a computer, computer accessories and any other labeling & packaging equipment.
Creates reviews and reproduces text required for labeling products.
Reviewing labeling change information and ensuring that it is supported by the data and consistent with production.
Assists in developing on site Standard Operating Procedures, Organizing Manual Documentation, Preventative Maintenance Schedule, Quality Management Systems documentation, and etc.
Maintains safe and clean working conditions and alerts Red Falcon Management of any issues regarding contamination/major cleaning required and educates new teams of proper sanity procedures.
Establishes labeling deliverables, timeline, and roadmap for assigned projects.
Loads & maintains project deliverables in tracking system.
Proactively ensures labeling deliverables are on-time to commitment dates.
Tracks and Report quantity management systems, batches, lots, data into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Track & Trace software for accurate batch data collection.
Utilize ERP software to ensure all stock of Laboratory Consumable items is maintained to operational levels.
Work in conjunction with department coordinator to ensure all tasks requested to be complete on ERP software are completed as best as could be.
Assists Red Falcon Management team in Post Production teams with related work.
Verify operation/performance of packaging and documents results.
Ensure the budget for the department is monitored and adhered to by implementing effective processes and procedures.
Prepare necessary data for the budget in area of responsibility.
Help coordinate and supervise training, assignments and development of subordinates.
Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as well as all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required.
Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.
Able to make difficult decision in a fair and honest manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job does not require supervisory duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (MUST BE DOCUMENTED): High School Diploma (or GED).
Five (5) years (or equivalent) Supervisory/Management experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in labeling and packaging.
In-depth knowledge of cannabis strains, genetics, and nutrient requirements.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSES AND ANY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must pass periodic random drug screens.
Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.
