*Production/Inventory Assistant*
Our clothing manufacturing company is looking for a Production/Inventory/Facilities Assistant to join our team and help to support our business needs.
Work would start as part-time with potential to move into full-time.
Days of work are Monday through Friday, weekends/overtime as needed.
*Responsibilities*
This list is not all-inclusive
* Assist in the preparation of products for production
* Fold/organize finished products for shipping
* Pack shipments per company requirements and prepare for cargo
* Count products and input them into our inventory tracking system
* Housekeeping duties as needed (empty trash, vacuum offices, clean restrooms, etc)
* Assist in maintaining inventory of materials and equipment for production
* Assist in the inspection of finished goods to ensure quality
* Maintain a clean and safe work area/office at all times
* Follow all safety procedures and guidelines provided by management.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Skills and Qualifications*
* *Entry Level Position*
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are needed.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle physical demands of the job such as standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 100 lbs, bending, kneeling, reaching overhead, and twisting at waist/back repeatedly throughout the work day.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
