*LOOKING FOR:* Retrofit and New Construction Window and Sliding Glass Door Lead - Starting wage dependent upon experience level.
*JOB DUTIES:* Installing Retrofit and New Construction Window and Sliding Glass Doors.
Materials and Equipment load and prep.
Demo and removal, Measuring, marking, cutting, installing.
Running a crew.
Interacting with customers in a polite and courteous manner.
*MUST HAVES:*
Excellent work ethic
Excellent attendance
Ability to measure and cut accurately.
Must have a minimum of 3yrs.
verifiable experience installing windows and SGD's
Must have own hand & power tools: Skill Saw, Drill, Drill Bits, Levels, Suction Cup for Glass, Prybar, Sawzall
Must have reliable transportation to & from Shop in Temecula.
We provide trucks to jobsites
Reliable and able to take direction.
This is a very physical position, you will be exposed to the elements all day every day.
You will be lifting all day every day.
You will be required to be on ladders up to 3 stories.
Must have Valid drivers license when hired and must keep it valid & without infractions to retain employment.
Must have zero Tickets & at-fault accidents within 3 years.

*JOB DETAILS:* Full time/30-40+ hours Typical work week: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional Saturday work Holiday pay, Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits all offered after 90 day probation, Vacation after 1yr.
This is a long term position, starting wage depending on experience.
