*POSITION DESCRIPTION*
*Job Title: *Maintenance Technician
*Supervisor: * Property Management
*FLSA Status: *Hourly, non-exempt
*JOB PURPOSE*
Perform preventative maintenance, deferred maintenance and repairs of retail and residential properties.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
· Perform all maintenance tasks on a schedule including replacement of HVAC filters, toilet flapper checks, and other scheduled preventative maintenance.
· Attend to service calls and maintenance requests.
· Complete work orders entered into CREM software and take a photo following completion of the work order.
· Perform inspections of roofs, buildings and common areas; and present deferred maintenance and other findings to management.
· Remodel suites and homes including flooring, painting, cabinets, ceiling tiles, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, change locks, etc…
*JOB REQUIREMENTS*
· Ability to lift to one hundred (100) pounds.
· Have 3+ years of maintenance or construction experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.
00 per hour
