*Objective of this Role:*
- Manage and maintain company documents, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility
* _Verify that Renova's subcontractor agreement is in place, and receive W-9s.
Upload documents into CRM.
_
* _Scan approved set of drawings and permits into CRM.
_
* _Prepare placards and job jackets_
* _Assist in tracking missed documents and photos (post installations) and reach out to crew leads for said items.
_
* _Tack and log Job cards, as-built, benchmarking, commissioning, materials used, crew huddles, and final pictures.
_
* _Verify that Renova's subcontractor agreement is in place, and receive W-9s.
Upload documents into CRM.
_
* _Scan approved set of drawings and permits into CRM.
_
* _Prepare placards and job packets_
* _Track and log job cards, as-built, benchmarking, commissioning, and final pictures.
_
* _File completed packet once the installation is completed.
_
* _Ensures packets in the filing cabinet are up to date.
_
* _Archive files once PTO has been received.
_
* _Maintains consistent communication with Construction Managers and Crew Leads for any missing documents/pictures.
_
* _Create and update documents using various software and document management systems_
* _Perform data entry tasks to input and update information in databases.
_
* _Collaborate with team members to ensure document quality and consistency_
* _Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any document-related issues or discrepancies_
* _Assist in the implementation and maintenance of document control procedures_
* _Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for document creation and updates.
_
* _Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding document management.
_
*Qualifications:*
- Proficient in data management and systems
- Strong knowledge of document management principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
