Operator

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for production of high quality medical devices with in a manufacturing cell.
- Set up and operate machines to produce parts according to specifications - Read and interpret blueprints to determine machine setup and production requirements - Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet quality standards - Perform basic math calculations to verify dimensions and tolerances - Inspect finished parts for defects and make adjustments as necessary - Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain production efficiency - Maintain a clean and organized work area Experience: - Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment preferred - Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, blueprint reading, and hand tools - Knowledge of tooling, caliper, Microscope, programming, quality control, CNC, and basic math Skills: - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during production - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines - Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors Job Type: Contract Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift Experience: * Manufacturing: 2 years (Required) * Assembly: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
