We are located right next to our Four Diamond, 90 room, boutique hotel Ponte Vineyard Inn, and are surrounded by 300 acres of mature vineyards and views of rolling hills.

Summary: The IT Technician will support Information Technology (IT) troubleshooting and normal operations tasks pertaining to desktops, networking devices, POS systems, and CCTV systems both onsite and remotely for several properties.
The position will report to the Corporate Controller and take direction both from the Corporate Controller and the outside IT consultants.
The technician will be responsible for providing end-user support, hardware and software management and is expected to be familiar with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures with business network security, switching, and routing.
In conjunction with upper management of the companies supported by the position, and associated outside IT consultants, the position will assist in developing and road-mapping IT solutions that align with the companies’ technology strategy to meet business needs.
Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00am – 6:00pm.
After hours: Unrestricted On-Call duty as follows: While waiting for authorized calls to work, employees are free to engage in personal activities, and consequently such time is not considered work time.
If an employee responds to an authorized call to work while on Unrestricted On-Call duty, the employee will be paid their regular hourly rate for time spent responding to authorized calls to work, or a minimum of two hours, whichever is greater.
Base Pay: $24.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite and remotely for multiple properties.
Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems as directed by the Corporate Controller.
Perform appropriate and timely investigation, research and issue resolution as requested by the Corporate Controller and/or outside IT consultants.
Perform basic local area network (LAN) administration functions.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network related problems in a timely fashion and as requested by the Corporate Controller and/or outside IT consultants.
Liaison with hardware, software and IT services vendors for support and implementation of new and existing corporate IT systems.
Maintain and administer camera surveillance system including physical installation of additional cameras as needed and locating specific video footage for review by Corporate staff.
Triage IT service requests received from corporate staff and escalate to outside IT consultants or relative IT software & systems support vendors according to documented workflow.
Handle onsite IT service requests escalations from IT consultants according to documented workflow.
Follow and adhere to documented IT Change Control process.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge in troubleshooting, installing and maintaining Ubiquiti Unifi access points and wireless bridges.
Knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting VLAN trunk and access ports on Cisco switches.
Knowledge on Fortinet FortiGate firewall (e.
g.
policies, configurations and VPN access).
Familiar with configuration and installation of various cameras systems for CCTV.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
Working knowledge of MICROS POS system is a plus.
Familiar with RingCentral and Vonage VoIP phone systems.
Demonstrate critical thinking, show initiative, and be concerned with preventative maintenance.
CompTIA A+ / Network+, MCP, MCSE, or CCNA certifications are desirable.
Must have and maintain a valid CDL and a clean driving record.
Education and Experience: 4 + years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment as an IT or Network Technician.
CompTIA A+ / Network+, MCP, MCSE, or CCNA certifications are desirable.
Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, climbing stairs, stepstools, ladders, stooping, kneeling, lifting, grasping, bending, squatting – in all forms of settings such as in interior offices, outdoors in a vast range of climate conditions including extreme heat and cold, in attics, crawl spaces and refrigerated areas.
