Must be 21 or older to apply SUMMARY Assists Maintenance personnel with day-to-day activities by performing the following duties: Essential Duties Include: • Ensure quality of facility meets all set standards.
• Assists in repairing and maintaining physical structure of establishment.
• Assists in repairing any damage.
• Assists with installation of door locks, light bulbs and anything related to the casino or casino grounds.
• Assist in keeping HVAC clean and dust free; change filters, load and unload.
• Assure roof cleanliness by keeping roof swept and gutters and drains clear.
• Move and repair furniture, equipment and housekeeping equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or General Education degree (GED) required.
One-year certification from college or technical school or one year specialized experience in one maintenance field, i.
e.
: carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing drywall or painting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have basic computer aptitude and customer service skills.
Mathematical skills are required.
Apprentice experience preferred.
