With in-house resources and an extensive network of industry partners, we offer a wide array of services from residential to small and medium commercial projects.
ElectriCare, Inc.
is currently searching for motivated individuals to become solar electricians responsible for the electrical part of residential solar systems installation.
Most work is completed on the ground as roof crews handle the roof portion of the project.
*Solar PV Electrician with experience:*
*Description*:
* Install and hook-up electrical solar systems with micro-inverters and string inverters
* Bend and run conduit as needed while maintaining a good overall installation aspect
* Install and commission PV monitoring systems - training available
* Install and commission Battery Backup systems - training available
* Main service panels upgrades - residential only
* Perform and Troubleshoot Service calls as needed
* Maintain a clean work area and perform all area cleanup on completion
* Report progress and photos to supervisor in effort to maintain open communication
* Possibility of supplemental income with QuietCool whole house fan installations
*Requirements*:
Must have truck and tools and min.
2 years solar PV experience; Certifications are a plus;
* Technology proficiency - able to use a smart phone
* Ability to operate as part of a team driven to reach the same goal, efficiently;
* Be able to lift 60 lbs.
of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday;

* Ability to interact with clients;
* Ability to travel to jobs in Southern California;
* Additional Construction related experience is a plus;
