Warehouse employees are constantly handling orders, reviewing stock, and moving freight and materials.
This job can be tiring and requires an individual with strong work ethics, the ability to solve problems, and strong communication skills.
The pay rate will start at $16.
50 per hour and will increase based on tenure and the following:
* Perform basic assembly skills to meet production and quality goals
* Validate material prior to beginning assembly, review work instructions and build product per specifications and within tolerance
* Assemble and handle products and materials and operate equipment
* Identify, inspect, form and mount components, sub-assemblies or completed assemblies
* Understand and execute basic standard procedures by following instructions
* Work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced, warehouse team environment
* Set up and operate assigned equipment and machinery
* Identify and report to lead or supervisor any difficulty in which would affect the correctness and quality of the work in process
* Complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures, comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations including wearing all appropriate PPE
* Test finished assemblies to meet quality standards
