*Journeyman Glazer requirements:*
• 4+ years residential glass installation experience
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• All candidates must pass initial background check and drug test, have a clean driving record, and be authorized to work in the USA,
• Candidates must be physically capable of performing work, in good health, with the ability to lift up to 70lbs unassisted, and be comfortable on ladders.
• Candidates must be able to measure mirrors, showers, window glass reglazes and have basic skills in glass and mirror cutting and fabrication.
*Journeyman-level glazing experience/skills:*
• Residential glass replacement including single & double pane window and door glass, shower enclosures, wardrobe doors, mirrors, frames and some hardware.
• Commercial glass replacement
• Ability to accurately measure/quote is a plus
• Effective troubleshooting skills
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Consistently practices clear, effective, polite communication with customers and fellow team members
• Hardworking, motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Responsible with tools and equipment and safety conscious
• Reliable and consistent
