Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure - Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure project milestones are met - Conduct regular project status and provide progress reports - Identify and manage project risks and issues - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members - Conduct root cause and requirements identify project needs - Utilize project management tools such as Crew Track Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of project management - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis - Familiarity with CRM's - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Spanish speaking is a must Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
