Water and Fire Damage Technician

We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join our team and work for our rapidly growing Water, Mold, Fire Restoration and Air Duct Cleaning Services Company.
Experience is preferred although we will train the right person.
This position requires that you will have on call availability.
IICRC certification is a plus but we will pay for certification for the right person.

Compensation depends on experience.
Job Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license with excellent driving record.
Pass drug screening and background check.
Some on call/after hours work is required.
Must have excellent communication skills and maintain a neat appearance.
Works well without direct supervision.
Must be a team player with a great attitude.

*Responsibilities and Duties* Water and fire damage mitigation- Greet customer and get basic information about loss.
Evaluate extent of damage.
Pack out of customer belongings.
Perform demolition of damaged structure.
Set up a variety of drying equipment as needed.
Deodorization of contents and structure.
Write down measurements and details of work performed.
Monitor drying daily.
Air Duct Cleaning- Perform cleaning and deodorization of air ducts and HVAC equipment.
Maintenance and upkeep of equipment and warehouse.
*Qualifications and Skills* The following experience is preferred although complete training and certification is available for the right person.
IICRC certification is preferred.
Construction experience.
Previous experience with water, fire and mold damage mitigation.
Excellent driving record.
Customer communication skills.
