Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team.
As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for supervising and maintaining the facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Perform routine inspections of the facilities to identify any maintenance needs
- Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document completed tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Experience working with logic controllers is preferred
