*Job Overview*: We are seeking two experienced Senior Facilities Maintenance Associates who bring a wealth of knowledge in construction and facilities maintenance.
This role is critical to our operations, as it involves a wide range of maintenance tasks, including the upkeep of buildings, irrigation systems, and general handyman services.
This position requires someone who thrives in a physical, outdoor work environment and is adept at both independent and team work.
*Responsibilities*: * Work alongside and support a team of experienced maintenance and construction workers.
* Handle repairs and maintenance of existing structures and facilities to ensure operational integrity and safety.
* Reconstruct and repair irrigation systems to maintain landscape and facility standards.
* Perform a variety of handyman tasks as needed across the property.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced team members, guiding them in best practices and safety protocols.
*Qualifications*: * Extensive experience in construction and building maintenance.
* Strong practical knowledge of tools, techniques, and materials used in construction and repairs.
* Positive attitude and a strong willingness to undertake physical work in various weather conditions.
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
* Valid driver’s license preferred.
* Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Cherry Valley, CA before commencing work.
