*Job Summary: *We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Festival Traffic Control Personnel for the holiday season.
This part-time temporary position involves managing traffic flow on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, the full week from the 18th-23rd, and Christmas Night.
This position is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic and ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicles
- Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades
- Communicate with parking staff and drivers to coordinate traffic flow
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust traffic control measures as needed
- Maintain a safe work environment for workers, pedestrians, and drivers
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Traffic Controller or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of traffic control procedures and regulations
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with parking crew and drivers
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and withstand various weather conditions
