Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rancho Mirage, CA for a Project Superintendent at Davidson Communities.
The Project Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site aspects of a construction project, including supervision of subcontractors and other personnel, scheduling of workers and materials, and ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
The Project Superintendent will work closely with the Vice President of Operations to ensure that all work adheres to relevant codes, regulations, and standards, and that the quality of work meets and exceeds client expectations.

Qualifications:
* Strong experience in construction management or related field, and five years progressive experience, or ten years progressive experience in on-site and off-site project supervision.
* Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors, and clients
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, and to motivate personnel to deliver high-quality work
* Ability to read and understand plans
* Current OSHA 30 certification; OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certification a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.
