is a growing Temecula based property management company seeking a full time Real Estate Agent to help with our company's leasing division.

As a leasing agent you will be involved in all aspects of property management, from advertising our upcoming and vacant properties, to ensuring a new resident is happy with their new home, and everything else in between! Each day will be unique, requiring your abilities to prioritize, multi task, problem solve, and think creatively.
We are looking for someone who is hard working, can effectively communicate via phone and emails, is caring, and knowledgeable of the Southern California rental market.
This is a Full -Time position.
This position offers an hourly wage of $25-$30/hour.
Hours to be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with a hybrid remote schedule.
The leasing agent will be able to work from home 2-3 days out of the week, and will be required to come into the Temecula office 2-3 days out of the week on an assigned day.
This is not an onsite manager position and housing will not be provided to candidate.
EXPERIENCE AND/OR SPECIAL SKILLS DESIRED
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Work, and Excel
At least 2 years of real estate or property management experience required
Active California Real Estate license required
Must be able to articulate yourself in writing using proper grammar and spelling
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Market upcoming and vacant rental units on real estate websites
Provide market evaluations for rental homes
Screen prospective rental applicants and provide homeowners with a critical analysis of applicant’s qualifications and risks
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure rental unit availability for prospective tenant’s move in date
Coordinate tenant’s move in with in- house and outside realtors
Maintain office spreadsheets
Help in renewing expiring leases
Answer general questions about the company and available rental units
Draft leases and lease extensions
Update property management software with new tenant’s contact and lease information
Represent California Realty Group, Inc.
in a professional manner.
Maintain a positive businesslike attitude in person and on the telephone
Assist in promoting California Realty Group, Inc.
and securing new business
Assist in other projects as needed
