Its just at typical Hemet 3 bed 2bath beat up house built in the 1950's.
Heres the catch, I only want to rent it for 3 months, from the end of March to the end of June (roughly) I wont be there the entire time so you will have it to yourself! Its not a special house, but it does have nice sunlight and big windows, and a pool in the backyard.
