I am looking for a single roommate, someone quiet, no parties, no dope (not even weed), no smoking, no pets.
I'm a pretty easygoing guy.
I don't have any crazy rules or requirements.
Most weekends I am camping or doing MTB trips.
During the week, I sleep early and work odd hours.
I don't have many visitors except for out-of-town family every once in a while.
The room is upstairs with a walk-in closet.
You will have access to all the shared areas.
I provide free utilities and free 1gb wifi.
Rent is $800 per month, $800 deposit, $50 credit/criminal background check.
The lease is a standard month-to-month lease.
I do not have garage space or storage.
There is plenty of safe parking on the street, but I can only accept one car.
