$300 / 2br - Room for rent for 55+ female, nice clean mobile home cheap rent. Private bd and (San Jacinto)

I’m currently looking for an older woman to share a 2bd 2 bathroom mobile home in a quiet safe gated senior community in hemet off n lake street with my grandmother.
My grandma is 86 but still mobile and spunky… however her husband recently passed and she HATES being alone at night… unfortunately I live in Los Angeles and can only make the drive so often… so we are hoping to find someone who’s the right fit (think golden girls 2024 lol) my grandmother is very clean and keeps a tidy house… the bedroom that’s available has its own bathroom and private entrance attached to the bathroom, currently furnished but can be emptied out if you like.

rent is very cheap! $300 plus split utilities (less then $50 a month) must be 55+ and must be female… and absolutely no pets.
