Unfurnished room, no common walls with full-length closet.

No room for storage of any kind in common area.
Share hall closet and must respect new furnishings.
All utilities paid with wi-fi.
No smoking on property.
Must work out of house or college student.

$500 deposit + Rent to move in.
Deposit returned on move-out date.
