5 year old Siberian Husky loves all dogs.
The home is located in central Palm Springs a mile West of the City Hall Dog Park and a mile East of Ruth Hardy Park.
Backyard is big with large shade trees and wonderful views of the San Jacinto Mountains.
Yard is fully secure with 24/7 doggie door access.
Room becomes available on March 1.
Minimum lease period is 6 months.
Longer leases available.
You will be renting a bedroom and large private bathroom plus use of the common areas of the home.
The room comes partially furnished.
If you have your own furniture the room can be leased unfurnished.
The home comes equipped with a washer and dryer, a large fully equipped kitchen and a 220volt outlet in the garage for EV and plug in hybrids vehicles.
Rent is $1,075 per month.
$1,075 includes water, internet and gas.
Electricity is split 50/50.
Electric bills range between $95 to $375 per month.
You are responsible for 50% of these totals which is approx.
$45 to $175 per month.
Security deposit is $1,225 of which $1,075 is refundable at the time renter moves out.
$150 of the security is a non-refundable cleaning and maintenance fee.
