I am a senior woman looking to rent a furnished room.
I do not drink or smoke and will treat your house like my own.
I would like to rent from the owner who has an extra bedroom.
I do not want a situation in which the owner is just renting out rooms.
Pets are okay.
I do not have any of my own.
I need a quiet place with no drama and MUST be a non-smoker! I do not do a lot of cooking but I would need use of the kitchen.
Also, a washer and dryer would be great.
I am easy to get along with and will respect your privacy.
Palm Desert, Bermuda Dunes, and Palm Springs are the areas that I am looking for.
I would be more than willing to look after your pets if needed.
