Apartment is furnished, room will not be.
You will need to be added to the lease so depending on your credit the apartment leasing office might charge you a small additional deposit, but with good credit it’s unlikely.
I have a small dog so must be pet friendly.
Resort-style amenities including various swimming pools w/ spas.
There is a fitness studio that includes a sauna, among many other amenities.
Laundry is also in the unit.
The room will be unfurnished.
Rent is $900 plus shared utilities.
I am looking for a female roommate only, mid 20s and up.
Lease is a year long preferably, but flexible.
Utilities will be shared.
I am in my 30s, laid back, tidy, active.
