Even though it is technically shared with me -- I mostly just use the front of the house, part time, as my office, because I live, cook, shower and sleep next door.
So even though you are technically renting one private bedroom and bathroom-- you will have use of so much much more.

It was built in the 70s, but has brand new flooring and will SOON HAVE ALL NEW PAINT (we are painting ALL the walls and cabinets -- and will update photos accordingly).
I am renting out the furnished, private master bedroom and private full bathroom which has plenty of closet space.
"Shared" is the family room (with massage chair), bar, kitchenette & patio, record player, stereo, TV, games and Ipad.
But again, you will have it to yourself more often than not.
I only use the kitchenette to make coffee and popcorn when I am working over there.

Note: There is a 2nd (guest) bedroom & bathroom that may be occupied with an out of town guest on rare occasions.
And if you need to use it for a guest, once in a while-- with enough advanced notice, that can be arranged too.
