My husband and I have an unfurnished room for rent in our beautiful home, we are renting 2 bedrooms (one furnished one unfurnished) both tenants would share the bathroom (tub and 2 sinks) we are a quiet couple with a small dog that keeps to himself.
The rooms are at the front of the house.
The house is near San Jacinto College, Albertsons, Ralphs and the 215 freeway.
We want a clean and respectful individual with a well-established job able to pass a background check- Bills are included, no drugs or overnight guests
