My husband and I have two rooms available for rent, one is fully furnished and the other one is not, both rooms will share the bathroom, tub, shower, and two sinks.
we have a small dog, quiet and keeps to himself, we have a huge kitchen, parking on the street, its a private street and very safe.
The house is close to San Jacinto College, off Newport, close to Target, ralphs, Albertsons, 215 freeway and shopping center.
