The bedroom has it's own private entrance via the backyard.
All utilities included along with full access to all common areas and garage every other week.
I work in LA and will only live here every other week with my 8 year old son.
You're welcome to use the garage while I'm gone but there's also a driveway with ample parking.
The full house will be yours to yourself every other week so it will be like having your own house every other week.
My son and I are both very chill and easy going.
My son keeps to himself and does not yell or throw tantrums.
He's probably a better roommate than most adults.
There's also a 5 year old house broken pug that lives in the house.
If you're allergic to dogs then this room wouldn't be a good fit for you.
A little about me.
I work as a senior engineer at a movie studio in LA.
They require me to work on site every other week so I rent a room in LA to live in for the weeks that I'm there.
I work a lot but when I have free time I like to work out, cook, try new restaurants and go to music events with my friends.
If interested, I'll have the house professionally cleaned prior to your move in.
