Located one mile from main venue gate this mid-century modern inspired home is located in a quiet golf course gated resort & features cozy amenities including TV, wifi, swimming pool, hot tub/spa, BBQ grill and fire pit.
You will have access to common areas including shared bath, laundry & family room and the kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, etc.
Each room comes with its own key for privacy and is furnished with a queen bed.
All bedding and linens are sterile washed after each guest stay.
Home is outside 420 friendly and continental breakfast will be provided if requested at the time of reservation.
Interactions with guests: owners live at property so we are here to provide information etc.
Each room is $400 per night for Coachella and available for Thursday or Friday check-in and Sunday or Monday check out with is a 3 night minimum stay.
One night non-refundable deposit payable by PayPal or Cash App is required to reserve a room.
