You will have access to a fridge and small appliances, but I prefer someone who doesn’t use the stove.

It is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and parks, as well as Highway 111, Washington St, Empire Polo Fields, Bermuda Dunes Airport, and the I-10.

I am a middle-aged, non-smoking professional woman living here with my adult kids and two small, indoor dogs that are well-behaved.
This is my family home, so I am seeking a responsible, honest, respectful, and clean tenant to rent this room.
The ideal candidate is a college student or young professional that works full time and isn't home too often, and has reliable income.
You will be sharing a bathroom with a female tenant that rents another room.
