I am a personal trainer and live in the house along with two other working females in their 30s.

The room available now is 110 sqft and has hardwood floors, plantation shutters, a ceiling fan and lots of natural light.
The only drawback is the closet is a little small.
Also, the room comes unfurnished but there is a brand new bed frame, box spring and mattress in the room right now.
You may use this or we can sell it before you move in.
You will have your own bathroom but please note that from time to time my personal training clients may come in to use the same restroom.
As such, I will supply toilet paper, the soap dispenser, floor mats and hand towels.
Please also note: This might not be a good fit for a super light sleeper or anyone who works nights as most of us in the house wake up very early, (including the dogs,) and I start training clients in the garage at 5:30am every weekday.

- The bathroom for this room was just renovated with a new modern look and is shared with only one other person in the adjacent room.
