No smoking allowed.
Full access to parking in driveway or right in front of the home.
Rent price: $620 per month + utilities split evenly between 4.
Guests allowed, overnight guests must let me know ahead of time.
Access to washer/dryer/fridge and other appliances.
$300 safety deposit required (and will get back at time of moving out if no damage has been done to the room or home and with a 30 day notice of moving out-contract will be signed by renter and myself)
Short interview questions will be asked at the time of visiting the room if you are in fact interested in moving in.
