Looking for roommate only within our same age range (22-30years) Super safe and convenient location near the grocery store, Walmart, Car Wash, Gym, gas stations, Marshals, etc.
DISCLAIMER: Co-ed living situation (1 close male friend of mine & my boyfriend (22/30 yr olds) - 1 gay 1 straight, and myself (26 year old female) live here with 2 dogs) Dogs eat and sleep inside in their bed.
420 friendly home but smoking only outside or in the garage.
Full access to parking in driveway or right in front of the home.
Rent price: $750 per month + utilities split evenly between 4.
Guests allowed, overnight guests must let me know ahead of time.
Access to washer/dryer/fridge and other appliances.
$300 safety deposit required (and will get back at time of moving out if no damage has been done to the room or home and with a 30 day notice of moving out-contract will be signed by renter and myself) Short interview questions will be asked at the time of visiting the room if you are in fact interested in moving in.
