The spacious room comes with a queen-sized bed, desk, chair, two nightstands, a dresser, and a 65-inch 4k TV.
I just purchased a foam mattress recently, and it is super comfy.
There is a walk-in closet with storage boxes to help you organize your space.
The bedroom also has blackout curtains to keep it dark and cool.
The shared bathroom has a jack-and-jill arrangement (dual sinks and two doors), and you will have your side.
A little bit about the home: It is a large single-story home, with 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms in a cul-de-sac.
The neighborhood is beautiful, and we are located within a short walking distance to the lake and community center/pool.
During the hot months, I never turn the AC off (my electric bill is $700 a month in the summer).
I want to keep everyone comfortable.
You have full access to the entire house amenities, including the washer and dryer, and a chef’s kitchen fully stocked with all the pots and pans to cook, and tons of Tupperware and dishes.
The rent is $950 a month, which includes all utilities plus super-fast internet.
I also logged the TV into my subscription accounts, so you have access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Paramount, MGM+, Showtime, Cinemax and I think some others.
You are always welcome to log in to your accounts if you have them.
If you want to rent a movie, you are welcome to just pay me back for it.
I also have a common computer setup that anyone can use.
There are two other females, and me, we all have great chemistry.
We are very respectful, trustworthy, honest, organized, considerate, clean, and easygoing.

Some of the House Rules:
There will be no overnight guests allowed.
No late-night loud partying.

We cook a lot together and occasionally watch movies.
I have a full-blown surround system that makes the movie experience like the theaters.
You must be working, dependent, and have your own transportation and not reply on someone to get you to work.
Harveston is a quiet community with a ton of amenities located by the Temecula Mall and tons of other shopping and food places.
It is beautiful here, and you will have access to the community pool, and if you enjoy walking, there are many trails.
About the roomies
One works at the school with autistic kids, the other is a baker/caterer, and both are exceptional individuals.
The house is always kept clean, dishes are always washed and the only thing I ask is if you take dishes to your room, bring them back, and wash them when done.
