Renting out 2 private and unfurnished rooms with walk in closet at my house in the quiet neighborhood Sundance Community of Beaumont,CA.
Looking for 2 roommates who are professional, responsible, and respectful.

$750 month to month with utilities included and $500 security deposit required.
$1250 to move in.
Rent due on the 1st day of the month.
Security deposit will be fully returned to you within 5 days if there is no damage.
