I have a nice 2bdr 2bath 1300sq ft double wide manufactured home in a 55+ community in Val Vista.
Very clean and paid for Ive had for 4 years.
Would love to find a lady to share in rent and with possible relationship later if compatible.
To start, your own furnished room with walk in closet, your own bathroom, shared kitchen , in house washer and dryer, dishwasher, nice big covered front porch with bar b q and lounge chairs for two .
Share large living room with big screen tv and access to all major channels and movies via Amazon fire tv with no cost to you.
Have use of another large family room/music studio, ( I am a musician) can you sing? You should be at least 65 to 75 years old , clean healthy and hopefully thin .

I've been trying dating sites to find a companion for a long term monogamous loving relationship but they all are scams.
